Marquisha McQuay

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri , Marquisha obtained her Bachelors of Arts in psychology from Avila University. After many years of working to help people she made a career switch becoming an airline stewardess. Traveling the world afforded her the opportunity to live in Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles while obtaining her Masters Degree in Organizational Development. Marquisha was promoted to many positions within the airline industry, including but not limited to Management and Training. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in psychology, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Marquisha started her career in Los Angeles real estate in 2019, focusing in the cannabis and entertainment industries. Marquisha's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. After traveling extensively for many years Marquisha has made Studio City, CA her home; with her three dogs Apa, Chanel, and Saint. As could be expected she enjoys traveling, fine dining, and sports! Marquisha proudly volunteers in homeless outreach and foster care facilities.
